Characteristics
It is a super engineering plastic with excellent transparency, hydrolysis resistance and chemical resistance, which are characteristics of amorphous resin, as well as mechanical properties such as heat resistance and dimensional stability.
With excellent mechanical properties such as deflection temperature under load of 207 ° C and impact resistance (notched) of 69 ~ 690 J/m, it is possible to replace existing super engineering plastics and metals.
It conforms to FDA, UL, NSF and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and is suitable for fields requiring high safety, such as medical use and food use.
It can be used for standard molding such as injection molding, extrusion molding, vacuum molding, and blow molding, and can be used for secondary processing such as cutting, ultrasonic welding, and bonding.
