The packaging materials designed in this way cover all types, from general-use plastic bottles for industrial chemicals and similar substances to specialty bottles for agricultural chemicals that require careful handling, right through to photomask cases for semiconductors manufactured under cleanroom or similar conditions that have to meet stringent quality control standards.
TANAC®, which is classified as a fine chemical, is a multivalent alcohol compound with a triazine skeleton. When added to resin, it enhances a range of characteristics including heat and weather resistance and adhesive and insulating properties. Its range of uses has expanded continuously in recent years in the fields of paints and resins, where high-temperature heat resistance is required.
In the field of engineering plastics, we offer inventory-based sales of a full range of products in a flexible sales operation that can accommodate small lots and short delivery times. The particular services offered by our engineering plastics section include dye processing and processing into rods and sheets, with especially highly developed technology in the dyeing of polysulfone (PSU), polyethersulfone (PES), and polyphenylsulfone (PPSU), where the section is able to reproduce the customer’s required color shade with a high degree of accuracy. This accounts for the department’s rich track record in the electronic connector and medical device fields.
